Republicans
in
the
House
of
Delegates
killed
a
bill
giving
Native
tribes
a
say
in
development
projects
on
ancestral
lands.

Republicans
rejected
a
bill
automatically
restoring
voting
rights
to
felons
who
have
served
their
time.
*
The
latest
draft
of
Virginia’s
budget
cuts
the
increase
in
slots
for
Medicaid-funded
support
services
from
1200
to
600.
Disability
advocates
say
this
is
a
step
backward,
as
there
are
already
3000+
people
on
Medicaid’s
priority
waiting
list
for
home-
and
community-based
services.
