I've never been so disgusted, Friend.

Last night, my opponent Kevin McCarthy pointed the finger at the United States for "not supplying Ukraine with weapons sooner" as they confront the Russian invasion.

Here's what he failed to mention: The reason Ukraine didn't get weapons earlier is because Donald Trump threatened to withhold $391 million in military aid unless Ukraine investigated his political rival -- Joe Biden.

I'm not surprised McCarthy would use the suffering Ukrainians to make a political point, but I’m sickened by the complete cynicism on display here. He backed Trump’s plan to withhold support from Ukraine. And he did it because it meant digging up dirt on Joe Biden.

McCarthy has no business serving our community -- let alone the country. We set a goal of bringing in 841 donations before the end of this week to deliver a devastating blow to his reelection chances.
