Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I am writing to share great news about our growth! IWPR recently hired a slate of exciting new leaders to help move our work forward and deepen our impact!

Anita Drever, Ph.D., is Vice President, Research at IWPR. She joins the Institute from Save the Children, where she served on the leadership team of their U.S. Rural Education division as Managing Director, Monitoring, Research, Evaluation, and Learning, U.S. Programs. Anita received her doctoral degree in geography from University of California, Los Angeles.

Andrea Pagano-Reyes is Vice President, Advancement and Philanthropic Engagement at IWPR. She most recently served as Vice President of Development at RAINN where she helped grow revenue from $7 million to $22 million in her four-year tenure.

Kate Ryan is Vice President, Policy and Strategic Initiatives at IWPR. She most recently served as Senior Director of Government Relations at NARAL Pro-Choice America and brings deep experience working at the federal and state levels for policy change.

These three hires round out our senior leadership team, which also includes William Lutz, Vice President of Communications and External Affairs, and Isaac Mintz, Vice President, Finance and Administration.

Additionally, Michelle Holder, President/CEO of the Washington Center for Equitable Growth, and Molly Dickens, Co-Founder and Executive Director of &Mother, will be joining our National Advisory Council. Both are incredible leaders who are in great alignment with IWPR’s vision and mission of advancing economic equity for all.
