Team,One of our best tools to fight climate change is hanging in the balance.

The Supreme Court’s just wrapped up oral arguments on West Virginia v. EPA , a case that will determine whether the EPA maintains the power to regulate greenhouse gas emissions.

Oral arguments concluded the same week that the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change released its report concluding that our climate change is rapidly growing faster than our capacity to respond to it. This is not the time to limit one of the EPA’s best tools for climate action.

We cannot let this ultra-conservative Supreme Court undermine the EPA and climate progress. Will you join us and take action by signing our petition to tell Congress to fight back against any SCOTUS environmental rollback? [[link removed]]

ACT NOW [[link removed]]West Virginia v. EPA should never have gone in front of the Supreme Court. The Biden administration specifically stated they were working on new EPA rules that would make this case moot.

But nothing has stopped this Trump-packed Supreme Court from considering disrupting a core component to climate change prevention. The oral arguments gave us an idea of what the Supreme Court is thinking…and it doesn’t look good.

Congress cannot sit on the sidelines and do nothing. Will you sign this petition to tell Congress to fight back against SCOTUS’ environmental rollbacks? [[link removed]]

Thanks for speaking up,
Team Brown
