Last Wednesday, we received word that the January 6 Committee believes Trump may have committed two major crimes:

To be clear, the committee has not come down on whether or not Trump is guilty of these crimes. What they have done is outline the legal grounds for prosecution based on available testimony and evidence, which is deeply concerning on its own.

The suggestion that a former president obstructed our democratic processes and committed major fraud deserves intensive investigation. Eric knows this, which is why he’s hard at work in Congress shielding the January 6 Committee from the GOP’s partisan attacks.
