Jack, on International Women’s Day, I want to honor Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, President Biden’s historic pick as the first Black woman ever nominated to the Supreme Court. I cannot think of a more important woman to celebrate at this moment that we’re living in. It’s been 55 years since the first Black man was appointed to the Supreme Court – as the first Black female nominee, her stamp is now firmly emblazoned in our history books.
She serves as a powerful reminder of why free, fair, transparent, and secure elections are vital to our democracy. That’s why I’m working so hard to defend our New Mexican voting rights here in Santa Fe. Jack, will you be one of the 100 grassroots donors we need to make a $15 contribution by midnight tonight to help me win re-election?

As a former public defender, Judge Brown Jackson will bring a critical perspective to the Supreme Court – and she will be a fierce defender of voting rights under the law in the highest court of the land.
I share the same values of equality Judge Brown Jackson holds, and I’m proud to honor her. Her nomination would not have been possible had our elections not been secure – will you help me continue the fight for re-election, so everyone’s voices in 2022 and beyond are heard, just like they were in 2020? >>
