Hello Community,
At Headwaters we work closely with our donors to amplify the power of community to advance equity and justice. Because we want to share our ideas about how some of our work gets done, you’re invited to the second installment of Headwaters’
Tributary Talk<[link removed]> scheduled for Wednesday, April 13, from Noon to 1:30 p.m. In this virtual space, President Maria De La Cruz invites a few of her friends to join her at the Tributary Talk table where they'll discuss the donor’s role in resourcing movements. This is the event for you if you’re curious about how folks donate, organize money, and encourage brave and accountable giving.
Centering
HFJ values<[link removed]>, we'll have an open conversation with donors and colleagues in the field of philanthropy to better understand how to:
think about meaningful giving more expansively,
practice “donor organizing,” within our own communities, and
show up more holistically to resource movements.
Please bring your questions and experiences and join us for this lunchtime conversation. Make sure to
RSVP<[link removed]> today to get the Zoom link you’ll need to attend.
In Solidarity,
Mary Delorié
Director of Individual Giving
PS: Join me in thanking our Groundwater Event Sponsors...
