We're a big state with small-business roots
<[link removed]>
John,
Alaskans support small businesses. That's what I love about our state.
Did you know that we have more than 73,000 small businesses located in Alaska?
Our small businesses employed over 141,000 Alaskans last year alone. That's
more than half of our workforce!
I need you on my team to help me keep our small-business economy growing
beyond 2022. Are you in?

Some want to impose new regulations and mandates on top of our ongoing
supply-chain crisis. That would be a crushing blow to the mom-and-pop community
businesses Alaskans rely on. They are also a huge attraction to our tourism
industry.
According to a recently released report from the Alaska Small Business
Development Center:
"Shipping costs, the rising cost of goods, and finding employees were all
listed as significant roadblocks to recovery.Alaska needs to help its
businesses transition from a hunker down to a sprint forward mentality. Therest
of the country is beginning to recover, and we can’t afford to be left behind."
With your help, we can keep our economy open and let small businesses do what
they do best without government interference!
