This is despicable, John —

President Biden took the historic step in nominating Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court last week. But even before the confirmation hearings begin, Republicans are already attacking Judge Jackson.

Just moments after President Biden’s announcement, top Republicans including Mitch McConnell and Ted Cruz attacked her nomination process. GOP Senator Lindsey Graham even joined in on the attacks — even though he voted for her just last year .

Republicans are doing everything they can to sabotage our progress. There’s no telling how much the GOP will undo if they retake the majority this fall. We cannot — and will not — let that happen.

We’re launching a Rapid Response Effort to help DEFEAT Republicans who try to obstruct our progress. Will you rush in a donation today? [[link removed]]

Many of our priorities could be decided by the Supreme Court, including the fate Roe v. Wade and voting rights.

That’s why GOP groups are already jumping into this nomination — including a group that spent MILLIONS to support Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.

The American people deserve a fair process — NOT one bought by Republican groups.

Help FIGHT BACK against any attacks Republicans throw our way: Chip in to help our Rapid Response Efforts now >> [[link removed]]
