The Democrats in the Colorado legislature plan to push through the nation's most extreme abortion bill this week

Dear Colorado Republicans,

On Wednesday, the Democrats in the Colorado legislature plan to push through the nation's most extreme abortion bill. Their ultimate goal is to force *you* to pay for abortions, up until birth.
* HB22-1279 would put partial birth abortion into Colorado law, along with any other form of abortion done until the moment of birth.
* HB22-1279 would protect any abortion based on the gender, ethnicity, or race of the baby.
* It would remove Colorado's parental notification law, where parents are told if their minor daughters schedule an abortion.
* This law says that a child who could survive outside the womb has "no rights under the laws" of Colorado.

Democrats know that this is the last year they will control the entire legislature in Colorado. So, in a final act of desperation and extremism, they are throwing down the worst abortion law in the nation.

Democrats are willing to return to abortion's racist roots and target Black and Hispanic babies for abortion, protect the "right" to abort a baby based on his or her gender, and bring back partial-birth abortion. After this, they'll try to make you pay for it all.

Let's stand strong for EVERY life and make our voices heard on HB22-1279. We know that every child deserves to be protected in love and in law. Killing children is never the solution to the problems we face.
