Something weird happened,

Let me explain. This morning, we were looking at our fundraising numbers
from February. And there was a dip in our typical fundraising numbers.

Usually, we aim to raise around 2,700 grassroots donations to make sure
we’re on track with our monthly goals — but we fell short around 400
donations last month.

We’ll be honest with you. It’s been a busy week for Cori — from defending
attacks on our movement to transform public safety and save lives, to
addressing attacks on abortion access. Worrying about our fundraising is
the last thing we want to put on Cori’s plate.

That’s why we rely on grassroots donations from folks like you to power
our work so we don’t have to ask Cori or our team members to take their
focus off of organizing to spend time on fundraising.
