Something really important is coming up.
In just a few weeks, our campaign will have to submit a public report to the FEC, disclosing how much we’ve raised so far this election year.
Once our numbers become public, potential opponents and corporate special interests will be looking to see the strength of our campaign. So it’s critical that we meet our fundraising goal this month.
In Congress, Ayanna is advocating and legislating to make progress on issues of consequence for all of our communities. She is fighting every day for policies like Medicare for All, the Green New Deal, the People’s Justice Guarantee, and student debt cancellation.
But Ayanna’s bold, activist leadership has made her a target of conservatives and the far-right, who have already funneled tens of thousands of dollars into spreading disinformation about Ayanna and our movement.
That’s why we’re writing today, ahead of this big end-of-quarter FEC deadline.
