Conspiracy. Fraud. Obstruction.

The bipartisan January 6 committee says it now has enough evidence to conclude that Donald Trump (and others) might have criminally conspired to commit fraud and obstruction in carrying out their attempted coup d’etat.

But no matter how much evidence it uncovers, a congressional committee does not have the authority to conduct an actual criminal investigation. That has to be done by law enforcement — in this case, the U.S. Department of Justice.

Tell the Department of Justice:

If Donald Trump is not held accountable, what’s to stop him from trying again in 2024 — with far more preparation and a better chance of pulling it off? For the sake of our democracy, Trump must be investigated and prosecuted to the full extent of the law for any crimes he committed related to the January 6 insurrection.
