Fellow Conservative,

I was just making sure you saw the email I sent you regarding the upcoming omnibus spending bill that is being negotiated in Congress. This is such a crucial fight I thought I’d email you again. If you have the time, please contact your member of Congress <[link removed]> this week and tell them to reject an omnibus spending bill, unless Biden ends the vaccine mandates and removes the National Emergency Declaration.

Fellow Conservative,
The mainstream media wants to keep you distracted while House and Senate leadership are negotiating a backroom spending deal to fund the federal government past March 11.

We’re keeping a close eye, and what we know from past experience has us worried. Backroom spending deals are BAD for conservatives.

An omnibus funding package will be used as a highway for the Left to push their green climate priorities and increase funding for Biden’s federal vaccine mandates to fire doctors, nurses, and military service members who do not comply.

America has never been more vulnerable than when American leadership is dependent on Joe Biden:

- Inflation crisis
- Porous borders
- Weakness on the international stage
- Energy DEPENDENT

THE LAST THING America needs right now is a spending bill that fails to remove the vaccine mandates. At a time like this, Biden should be training Navy Seals, not firing them for refusing to get the vaccine!
That’s why we’re drawing a red line.

At a minimum, Conservatives should automatically reject any omnibus spending deal unless President Biden does two things:

- President Biden must end the national emergency declared on March 13, 2020, and reduce the ability of the executive branch to control our lives.
- President Biden must rescind every single COVID-19 vaccination mandate, including those that apply to our nation’s courageous military servicemen and women, health care workers, and government contractors.

If these two things don’t happen, then any new spending deal is just a swampy backroom negotiation that puts America last.

If Biden won’t remove the vaccine mandates, then conservatives are better off with the current government funding levels, and Members of Congress should wait to negotiate a better deal until after the November elections.

There’s no good reason to give into the radical Left and make things worse.

>>> Here’s how you can help. Call your member of Congress today. <[link removed]>

We need you to call your Representative in the House and tell them not to even think of supporting an omnibus spending bill unless President Biden repeals the vaccine mandates.

It is absolutely wrong that President Biden is still trying to fire doctors, nurses, Navy Seals, and other military personnel through his vaccine mandates. And with everything going on in the world right now, it’s dangerous!

>>> Heritage Action has put together a suggested call script for you to use when you call your representative. <[link removed]>

Please take two minutes to call. Together, we can get Washington’s attention.

Thank you,
