It’s official, folks: I’m proud to announce that I’ve filed to run for Congress in NC-11! 

When I started this campaign for Congress one year ago it was because I, like so many other Western North Carolinians, were fed up with insurrectionist Madison Cawthorn’s toxic brand of politics.

I knew there was a different path forward for our community other than the divisive one he created. I knew that if we had real leadership rooted in love, hope, empathy, and doing right by one another, then NC-11 could heal from the divisions Cawthorn has sowed.

Instead of focusing on ways to serve Western North Carolina, Cawthorn is busy planning his next political spectacle. Enough is enough, I’m running to defeat Cawthorn because we can’t afford another two years of his failed leadership.

We’re facing our first FEC deadline of the election year at the end of this month, and it’s important we show our grassroots strength. If you’re with us, will you please chip in $11 or more to keep us on track to meet our end-of-quarter goal?
