Ben Shapiro: Supreme Court has "run roughshod" over the Constitution, Article V can fix it

Radio host and Convention of States endorser Ben Shapiro took to the airwaves on his show this week to explain how a Convention of States can fix massive misinterpretations by the Supreme Court:

"The Supreme Court has run roughshod over various areas of the Constitution, particularly when it comes to state power and the ability of the government to regulate your life," he said.

Shapiro noted one case in particular that expanded the federal government's power to encompass virtually every economic transaction. 

"The only way to overrule the Supreme Court is with a constitutional amendment, so I'm very much in favor of looking again at [those constitutional interpretations]," he concluded.
