This election will determine the future of our country, and it is going to be a close race. 

But we are up against Boris Johnson and his candidates who are funded by billionaires. Billionaires like Crispin Odey who fund politicians that support Brexit whilst betting billions on the UK economy crashing when we leave the EU. With backers like these, Conservative party candidates want for nothing.

Billionaires shouldn't be able to buy our politics, or the future of our country.

Today, I've been campaigning with People's Vote activists in Battersea to help Marsha De Cordova beat Boris Johnson's candidate and win a key marginal seat.

The Conservatives held Battersea from 2010 to 2017. Marsha won it by just 2,416 votes. It's one of the Conservatives top target seats. This election will be decided by just a handful of seats just like Battersea.

That is why the People's Vote campaign is donating hundreds of thousands of pounds to support candidates like Marsha in the constituencies that matter.
