As a result of Covid-19, we learned that essential workers are crucial to
keeping our country running. Yet when those same workers ask for fair wages and
benefits, many forget just HOW essential these people are. Unions are the
mechanism by which essential workers get THEIR essential needs met. They are
the backbone of America and our economy. We need to send someone to Congress
who has lived experience fighting for working people and unions in Colorado.

As a lifelong union member, Chaz truly understands unions and working
families' contributions to our communities. When in Congress, Chaz will be an
outspoken advocate for workers’ rights and work on legislation that helps
unions and makes it easier to unionize.
