Dear ally,
On February 28, under the leadership of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, many senators answered the call to protect abortion rights by voting YES on the Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA).
And while it didn't get the 60 votes it needed to overcome the filibuster, it was still a historic moment for the advancement of sexual and reproductive health and rights in the United States.
Join us in showing our appreciation to the senators who voted YES on WHPA by sharing this graphic on your social media!
We will continue to work to protect and expand abortion access until Congress steps up to protect the rights of all people to access the care they need—no matter who they are, where they live, how much they earn, or how they get their health coverage.
In solidarity,
Sara Outterson
Chief Federal Legislative Counsel
