Despite receiving bipartisan confirmation to the D.C. Circuit Court of
Appeals just last year, the smears and attacks against President Biden’s
Supreme Court nominee, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, are as baseless,
ruthless, and as racist as we expected.

Far-right groups are clamoring to issue press releases spouting
unjustified accusations against Judge Jackson, labeling her as a
“leftist,” “extremist,” and “radical left zealot.” Tucker Carlson of Fox
News wasted no time in making a racist attack on the pronunciation of
Judge Brown’s name during his show just this past week and his equally
racist questioning of her LSAT scores (a demand that Carlson has made of
no other Supreme Court nominee in recent history).^[1]

know the Far Right is going to do everything they can in an attempt to

announced that Judge Jackson’s confirmation hearings will begin in a
