What’s the current state of the race? 

All 435 seats in the House and 34 seats in the Senate are up for election this
November. In addition to these elections, there will bedozens of key races for
statewide offices across the country. 

 

How close are Republicans to taking back the House? 

Republicans need to flip five seats in the House to gain control of the
majority. 

 

How close are Republicans to taking back the Senate? 

Republicans need to flip one seat to regain control of the Senate. 

 

What challenges will Republicans face? 

 The 2022 election will be one of the most expensive midterms we have seen.
Many Republicans who won by just a handful of votes in 2020 will have to defend
their seats this November. In addition, we will have to FLIP at least 5 seats
in the House and one seat in the Senate. 

 

Republicans CAN win. But Republicans are NOT guaranteed a win. This is an
important distinction. Republicans can only defeat Democrats if they have the
resources to get the job done. 

 

That is why support from grassroots members like you is essential. Your
support makes it possible to help strong conservatives across the nation so
they can hold onto their seats and flip the seats needed to win back our
majorities in D.C.
