I need you to hear this: I wanted to give you an important update on our strategic plan to reelect Senator Hassan. This is a longer email, but I hope you’ll give me a minute to explain.

Maggie’s last race was won by just 1,017 votes - the tightest margin in the country. An election this competitive is a marathon, not a sprint. What we do right now could be the difference between winning or losing in November.

That’s why I just authorized an unprecedented $13 MILLION ads investment to get our message out, keep this Senate seat blue, and protect Democrats’ Senate majority. 

New Hampshire is a state with expensive media markets. And with the most competitive race on the map, waiting any longer to make these reservations would mean potentially losing the opportunity to reach the voters we need. That’s not a risk I was willing to take.

But here's the thing, everyone: we don't have all of the money yet – not even close. That means to execute this plan we can’t miss a single goal, starting with today’s.

Yes, this is a risk, but it's one we have to take. The latest polling is showing Sen. Hassan statistically tied with a GOP opponent, political experts just labeled this race a toss-up, and The Hill is saying that "the Senate majority will go through New Hampshire."

Our first ads budget benchmark is tomorrow, and we still need to raise another $20,000 to keep us on track so we can reelect Sen. Hassan and keep the Senate blue.
