Yesterday, Attorney General Derek Schmidt's request that the three lawsuits filed against the unconstitutional and gerrymandered congressional redistricting maps be thrown out was DENIED by the Kansas Supreme Court. 

AG Schmidt falsely argued that political gerrymandering is permitted under the Kansas Constitution. A person with these views has no business in the governor's office.

 

The people of Kansas deserve to have their voices heard, not suppressed by their Attorney General for his own political gain.
