We knew when we formed The Church Finds Its Voice coalition that legal help for you was essential.  The Church has been seriously harassed by those who use legal fright as a weapon against you. So, we asked Brad Dacus to join me, Kielle, and Chad in the coalition to provide you with the legal protection so you wouldn't have to worry anymore about that. 
 
Here's Brad to tell you just what to do if you feel your faith activities are being inappropriately threatened and you need legal help.  He's laid it out for you so that it's very clear and very easy. Easy as 1,2,3.

Tyranny today is no longer a distant concept for people of faith. Pastors are being sued for preaching the gospel in public places or for holding a church service under an unreasonable lockdown order.
 
Churches, particularly in blue states, are frequently barred from meeting because of possible "zoning" restrictions and other illegal attempts to suppress religious freedoms.  Church members are losing their jobs because of their faith, and many more are being forced to flee to a different state due to outrageous policies restricting freedom.  Business owners are expected to compromise their beliefs or face the possibility of their business being shut down.
 
For example, businesses like a Korean women's-only spa received a complaint after they refused to provide service to a biological male.  More and more parents are losing their children by overzealous social workers.
 
But we have good news for churches potentially facing the above challenges. We at the Pacific Justice Institute are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that uniquely works hard to make sure everyone gets help, and that no one is left on the side of the road.
 
We defend religious freedom, parents' rights, sanctity of human life -- all without charge!
 
So, what should someone do if they need help? It's simple and easy -- just follow the three steps below.

Step 2: Provide a brief explanation of the matter and your contact information.
 
Step 3: Wait 24 to 48 hours for a response from one of our attorneys.

I'd guess our team has been to and spoken in as many pastor meetings in more states than just about anyone in the nation over these past few years. A major hang-up for some pastors is STILL the fear of lawsuits and the threats from the left for speaking out in the truth they know publicly.
 
We are proud to partner with my friend, Brad Dacus and his team at Pacific Justice Institute to provide Christian legal advice and support in the event a pastor or church is threatened. Brad and his team have been national leaders on First Amendment challenges and have given guidance to hundreds of churches and Christian organizations navigating through government overreach in the past couple of years.
