Join us for a discussion and analysis about the status of the Equal Rights Amendment on Tuesday, March 8 at 6 pm ET/3 pm PT.

The Ms. Foundation for Women joins NYU Law’s Birnbaum Women’s Leadership Network, the ERA Project of Columbia Law School’s Center for Gender & Sexuality Law, and NYU Law Women and OUTLaw for The Equal Rights Amendment in the 21st Century, the second program in our three-part series titled: The Fight for Gender Justice.

This panel of legal experts and advocates will examine the history and current status of the Equal Rights Amendment while discussing how the ERA’s passage and implementation could help advance key gender justice issues including reproductive rights and LGBTQ+ rights with a focused consideration on trans rights. The program will feature opening remarks by Ms. Foundation President and CEO Teresa C. Younger. The panel of legal experts includes:
