Friends —

This week I was on MSNBC talking to Rev. Al Sharpton about the new bill in Maryland to outlaw dangerous, homemade “ghost guns” that cannot be regulated and get them off our streets.

Too many families have been torn apart by gun violence, too many lives have been lost. It’s time for action both in Maryland and in Congress to protect public safety.

Click here to watch my segment with Al Sharpton, then donate $20 to help me lead the fight for common sense gun safety measures as Maryland’s next Attorney General! [[link removed]]

“Ghost guns” are so dangerous because they are untraceable, anyone of any age can buy them without a background check, and are designed to avoid all our gun laws. More than 12,000 ghost guns were shipped to Maryland last year, and local law enforcement are encountering hundreds of these guns being used in crime, and they have been discovered and unfortunately been used in school shootings.

I’ve been leading the fight for gun safety as a Congressman, and I’ll continue to as Attorney General. We need to elect a leader who has the courage to stand up against the NRA and the powerful gun lobby, and that’s exactly what I plan to do.

Check out my segment on Al Sharpton and then donate $20 to elect an Attorney General who will be the #1 leader in our fight to get guns off our streets! [[link removed]]
