Donald Trump, Rick DeSantis, Rick Scott, and my opponent Scott Franklin are trying to turn Florida into the center of the MAGA universe.
That’s why — since the start of the pandemic — they’ve pushed back on common-sense COVID policies and regulations in hopes of attracting donors, events, and organizations to the Sunshine State. And it’s working.
Extreme conservatives and far-right groups are now streaming into Florida to fundraise, test out new propaganda, and court favor with conservative leaders.
Just this past week, Donald Trump held a massive fundraiser for GOP candidates at Mar-a-Lago while CPAC — the biggest yearly gathering of conservatives — drew tens of thousands of MAGA Republicans.
I envision a different future for the Sunshine State — one where Florida is leading the world with solutions to the climate crisis and standing as a beacon of multi-cultural Democracy.
I know we can reach this future, but that starts with voting out extreme MAGA politicians like my opponent, Rep. Scott Franklin.
I don’t have a fancy sales pitch here, John. But I do need your help — so I’m just going to ask you straight out: Can you chip in $5 to support my grassroots campaign to flip FL-15?
