Elise Stefanik has made it her central political strategy to align with Trump at all costs and reap the benefits. It’s gotten the former president’s attention for sure as he’s floated that she could be president by 2028 and rumors have circulated that Stefanik could be tapped for VP if Trump runs in 2024.
