Happy March 4th – the only day of the year that’s also a call to action!
And more importantly, it’s my youngest daughter, Catherine’s, birthday!
Today, before we celebrate with cake and candles, I’m reflecting on the importance of our march towards a better future for my daughter and all children in VA-07.
In Congress, we are working hard to deliver results for our community. The historic infrastructure package the House passed will help Virginia increase our climate resiliency – paving the way for a greener, healthier future for our planet and for generations to come. I’m leading the charge to ban members of Congress from buying, selling, or trading stocks – affirming public trust and removing even the perception of impropriety.
And in the months ahead, we will march forth towards a brighter future for all Americans. There are many lingering challenges we face as a country, and I’m eager to tackle them each day in Congress.
I hope that I can continue to count on your support for all the work that I do and that we’ll march forth together.
