In 2021, the Center achieved historic victories to strengthen reproductive rights as fundamental human rights around the world—from decriminalizing abortion in Nepal to fighting abortion regression in the United States.

All of these achievements took place as the COVID-19 pandemic continued to threaten to disrupt our work at every turn. But with your support, we persevered and marched forward in our fight to protect reproductive rights across the globe.

Learn about the expansive breadth of our work in 2021: As the only global legal advocacy organization dedicated to advancing reproductive rights around the world, we defended against forced sterilizations in Chile, fought for legal protections for pregnant schoolgirls in Tanzania, and helped ensure the passage of a new European Parliament resolution through our extensive work with stakeholders across the region.
