This is pure evil. There is no other way to put it.

A state legislature is considering a sadistic bill that could legalize infanticide up to 28 days AFTER birth.

We've long said that the abortion industry worships at the altar of abortion, but we've NEVER seen anything like this.

By intentionally using the word "perinatal," which has a vastly different medical meaning than prenatal (before birth), the bill would prevent even an investigation where a living child was allowed to die between one and four weeks after birth. That's infanticide.

We've already seen New York enact its live-birth abortion law and the former governor of Virginia discuss how in a late-term abortion the "infant would be kept comfortable" on the table while the decision is made whether the child lives or dies.

This new legislation is in the same state where we just testified against a bill that would make Roe v. Wade PERMANENT, even if the Supreme Court overturns Roe. But that's not enough for the abortion lobby.

We're directly engaged in ten cases nationwide to defend life and defeat Planned Parenthood. We're preparing to file new testimony before the Maryland legislature against this infanticide bill. Our deadline to file is in just days. Take urgent action with us.
