Hello John,

I hope you are well.

We're delighted to announce that the 2022 Artist and Youth Work Residency Scheme is open for applications!

Do you have a good idea for a youth arts project in your youth group but need funding to work with an artist?

This long running scheme managed by NYCI on behalf of the Arts Council and the Department of Children and Youth Affairs has been successfully bringing together artists and youth workers over the past number of years.

There are two strands to the artist and youth work residency scheme:

  • Youth Arts Explorer grants of up to €1,500 for those starting out and
  • Artist and Youth Work Residency grants of up to €5,000 for those with a little more experience.

Find out everything you need to know about the grants and how to apply.

If you have any questions, make sure to register for one of our FAQs sessions on March 7th or 8th or get in touch with Nora Furlong [email protected] or myself. We'd be delighted to hear from you!

All the best,

Rhona
