Daines for Senate
I think it's very important that we ask about citizenship on the
census. It's absurd that as a sovereign nation, we cannot ask,
"are you a United States citizen?" Do you agree?
Friend,
Earlier today, I was on Fox News to talk about a simple solution
to a simple question.
Should we ask about citizenship on the 2020 Census?
I think it's very important that we ask about citizenship on the
census. It's absurd that as a sovereign nation, we cannot ask,
"are you a United States citizen?"
Friend, this is where I stand but I want to know where you are,
too.
Will you watch my interview with Fox News's Harris Faulkner and
then VOTE to let me know what you think?
Last month, the Trump White House did not get the Supreme Court
ruling they wanted, but there's still time to FIGHT BACK. That's
why I introduced legislation in the Senate to put the citizenship
question on the census, and that's why AG Barr is working around
the clock to resubmit his arguments.
Nancy Pelosi is too busy politicizing this simple solution to a
problem that is crippling our nation. Without knowing who is a
citizen and who is not, we cannot ensure Americans are
appropriately represented.
Friend, that's why it is more important than ever that President
Trump and his allies know where you stand on this important
issue.
Please take a moment to watch my interview on Fox News and then
VOTE: Should we ask about citizenship on the 2020 Census?
I hope you stand with President Trump and me, Friend.
Thanks,
Senator Steve Daines
