Taxpayer, during his State of the Union Address, President Joe Biden was crystal clear in calling for better health care for veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

Biden said: “I’ve always believed that we have a sacred obligation… to care for them and their families when they come home.”

However, cats and kittens don’t serve. A White Coat Waste Project (WCW) investigation exposed how the Dept. of Veterans Affairs (VA) squandered $1 million to damage kittens’ spines and force them to run on treadmills.
