On Tuesday night, President Biden addressed the nation in a strong State of the Union speech.
He detailed how our work over the past year has grown the economy, put more money in people's pockets, and allowed our country to better address COVID.
He also laid out an ambitious vision for the work that still lies ahead. He spoke of the need to strengthen union rights by passing the PRO Act, to lower drug prices, to make our supply chain more resilient by passing the America COMPETES Act, and to invest in clean and renewable energy.
LBR is committed to building a better America. She has championed all of these causes, and will continue to advocate for the legislation that we need to become law of the land.
The next few weeks will be critical as we seek to pass more legislation in 2022, and we would love to have your input on what the top priorities of Congress should be.
Please take a minute to answer our survey: after President Biden's State of the Union address, what issues do you most want to see Congress address?
Thank you,
Team LBR
