I want to say a sincere thank you. Your support has sustained our team on the hardest of days. As the road to victory gets steeper and steeper, we are as energized as ever by the movement forming at our backs.

We launched a little over a year ago and looking back, it’s hard to believe just how far we’ve come. We’re still crunching the exact numbers, but to date- we’ve raised about $415,000. In two months, we’ve pretty much doubled our total raised from last year. We have over 7,000 donors with the average contribution being $34. Our merchandise is flying off the shelves and our unionized printing shop is hard at work filling the 1,100 orders from last month. I am unbelievably grateful.

Currently, we are scouring the district for enough signatures to make the ballot. We are going toe to toe with our opponent, trying to get to parking lots and public spaces first to collect the signatures. They’ve been making it hard for us to collect petitions at the rate that we need; they’re making calls to try to get our team removed from certain spaces. But just yesterday, we shared a parking lot for a few hours and pulled in signatures at a rate of 3:1. We’re taking every small win along the way, we are that competitive. 😉
