To date, here’s what President Biden has done to combat the climate crisis:

🌎 Rejoined the Paris Accords and the global effort to combat climate change
🌎 Appointed an international climate envoy to reassert our leadership on the global stage
🌎 Established a National Climate Task Force to steer domestic climate policy
🌎 Committed to reducing U.S. greenhouse gas emissions to 50% of 2005 levels by 2030
🌎 Restricted U.S. government aid for fossil fuel projects overseas
🌎 Invested billions into modernizing our electric grid and expanding clean water initiatives

And team, that’s only one year into his presidency.

After four years of Donald Trump and the GOP denying climate science, gutting the EPA, and cozying up with big oil and gas, it’s time to take the climate emergency seriously. Under Joe Biden’s leadership, we’ll finally build a green and sustainable economy where working Americans have access to well-paid jobs, public transportation, and housing.
