Last night, Montana’s very own Matt Rosendale was one of just 3
Representatives to voteagainst a resolution supporting the people of Ukraine.
The vote was 426-3 – as bipartisan as it gets. Well, it would be, if not for
Moscow Matt Rosendale.

The entire international community agrees – Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is
illegal, barbaric, and a violation of the post World War II international
order. So why did Rosendale vote against helping the Ukranians who are under
attack from Putin’s forces?

He claims that the U.S. “has no legal or moral obligation” to be involved in
the conflict. But we disagree. There are now reports of direct Russian attacks
on civilians and President Zalensky has accused Putin of war crimes. There IS a
moral obligation to support Ukraine, unless you support ruthless autocrats like
Putin.

Moscow Matt has no business representing the people of Montana in Washington.

Rosendale has elected to be on the wrong side of history, on Putin’s side of
history. Even Marjorie Taylor Greene knew how to vote on this one.

We’re not surprised. Just disappointed. We need to do everything in our power
to defeat Rosendale this November, but we are going to need a ton of help from
