It’s official. After Tuesday’s primary here in the Texas 28th
Congressional District, we’re heading to a May 24 runoff against one of
the most conservative Democrats in Congress -- Henry Cuellar.

Tuesday night, Cuellar did not earn 50% of the vote. After years of failed
leadership, and an active FBI investigation, South Texas is ready to oust
Cuellar -- an anti-choice, corporate, Big Oil-funded, incumbent.

I want to thank the PCCC and supporters like you from the bottom of my
heart. Your support of this campaign has me filled with gratitude. Now, we
must fight with everything we've got!

network, Big Oil companies, the largest private prison network GEO Group,
the Club for Growth (a Trump-aligned PAC), and big corporate PACs.

I’m running to bring bold, progressive change to Congress -- to ensure
healthcare is treated as a human right, protect reproductive freedom for
all, and work to bring economic, social, and environmental justice to
communities who need it the most. Our campaign is rooted in the fight for
our dreams, not corporate interests.

All of our neighbors in South Texas deserve the chance to thrive -- by
expanding healthcare, economic recovery from the pandemic, and breathing
quality, non-polluted air.
