With the primary election behind us, we are fully focused on the November general election. While I was pleased to have received more votes than each of my Republican opponents combined, the margin was smaller than I am comfortable with.

Primary elections are one way to gauge energy and enthusiasm, but they are not determinative. It's up to the grassroots to determine the outcome in the fall.
