John, President Biden delivered his State of the Union speech Tuesday night, and while I was encouraged by his tough words for Putin and support for the Ukrainian people, his Administration's domestic policy agenda starkly contrasts DeWine-Husted policies.
Inflation is challenging Ohio families at the grocery store and the gas pump. While we have worked to keep pipelines open, the Biden Administration has restricted pipelines, driving up gas prices.
I wholeheartedly disagree with Biden's plan to solve surging inflation by telling America's businesses to, simply, lower their prices.
This isn't policy - the American people deserve a real plan to address these challenges.
While the President doubles down on his liberal agenda, here in Ohio, the DeWine-Husted Administration is setting an example for other states and the nation to follow. In Ohio we have cut taxes by $3.6 billion while balancing the budget. Ohio businesses and families are experiencing the lowest tax rate in more than 40 years.
This week, Site Selection Magazine, once again, named Ohio a top state in the nation for success in attracting new businesses and investments. That means JOBS. Look no further than our hard work to win Intel for Ohio, which will create more than 20,000 jobs!
John - as I promised you we would, we are FIGHTING and WINNING for Ohio.
But we can't rest on our laurels. There is so much more work to do, and we're going to have a tough campaign this year as national Democrat organizations pour money into Ohio to enact their liberal agenda.
