Will you stand up and make a difference for wildlife?

===============================

Dear Defender of
Wildlife,

Every day, we hear of a new deadly threat to the lives of the animals
we love.

Deafening drilling operations invading the serenity of the Arctic
Refuge. Logging in the ancient forests of Alaska. Merciless hunting
and trapping methods used against wolves and other wildlife still
struggling to recover from decades of extermination campaigns.

This heartbreaking loss of life and habitat destruction seems
unstoppable. These animals are out there in the wild, fighting for
their lives. And Defenders of Wildlife and our supporters are fighting
with them.

These animals need us - will you stand up and make a difference
for wildlife?

At Defenders of Wildlife, we are fighting back against these
escalating attacks on vulnerable animals. By joining our ranks, you
too will make a difference for wildlife facing an uncertain and
dangerous future. Here are just a few of the ways you'll be helping
wildlife:

*

A Chorus of Voices. You will be joining a community of more than
1.8 million members and supporters, in all 50 states and around
the world, who share your passion and commitment to speak on
behalf of at-risk and imperiled wildlife.

*

Holding Decision-Makers Accountable. Defenders' legal team has
won critical victories for wolves, whales, wolverines, polar
bears and more. It is more important than ever that we use our
legal expertise and the justice system to hold the Trump
administration and special interests accountable when they break
the law.

*

On the Ground. Thanks to our supporters, Defenders works across
the country to protect wildlife on the ground in communities
ranging from Alaska to Florida.

*

Advancing Life-Saving Conservation. Your support drives
Defenders' cutting-edge scientific research and helps us create
more effective wildlife conservation tools and policies.

For more than 70 years, Defenders has led the charge to protect and
restore wolves and other vulnerable wildlife. We could not have come
this far without the generous support of people like you.

Won't you donate today to help vulnerable wildlife across the
country?

With your help, we'll be ready to take on whatever threats this
administration and special interests throw at our nation's threatened
and endangered wildlife!

Thank you in advance for your compassionate donation.

Sincerely,

Jamie Rappaport Clark
President, Defenders of Wildlife

P.S. Our tireless fight for wolves and other wildlife is only possible
because of supporters like you. The best way you can support ongoing
efforts to protect vulnerable wildlife is through an automatic monthly
donation.
