It has never been more clear that we need to get off fossil fuels NOW.

This week’s devastating IPCC report is just the latest in a series of increasingly desperate warnings from scientists. We know what is happening, we know what needs to be done and we know those in power are failing us.

Committing ourselves to a life free of oil and gas would also mean establishing a more peaceful world. By decarbonising our economies we can take power back from war mongers and change course, averting climate breakdown and collapse. 

Rapid climate action is also action in the name of peace and justice for all.

Extinction Rebellion UK has a plan to target the fossil fuel industry in April which will turn the tide fast. When that plan is revealed next week, will you be ready to take action?

Enough of us together can force the change needed. So, don’t sit this one out. You are needed, you are valued, you are more powerful than you think.
