John, did you watch President Biden’s first State of the Union speech last night?
We’re proud of the millions of Women’s Marchers who voted and organized tirelessly to help win the White House and made this moment possible.
But one thing was missing from Biden’s speech last night: Not once did he say the word 'abortion.'
We’re currently witnessing the worst attacks on reproductive freedom since Roe v. Wade was enacted — and it’s absolutely critical the leaders we elected make sure they deliver on their promise to protect our feminist values.
John, we can’t emphasize the urgency of this moment enough.
There are now 26 states at risk of banning abortion. Republicans are putting our reproductive freedom under full attack.
We’re proud of everything our movement has done. From electing the Biden administration, mobilizing at the Supreme Court, to hosting rallies across the country demanding abortion justice — but it’s clear our work isn’t over yet.
Fighting back against this slate of attacks is going to take each and every Women’s Marcher organizing together to ensure our rights are protected — no matter where you live.
Together,
Women’s March
