Happy Women’s History Month! We hope you’ll join us for our monthly happy hour where we’ll have a toiletry drive for a local women’s shelter, as well as our Women’s Leadership Forum happening later in March.
Also, as the situation develops, we continue to stand with Ukraine and condemn the war being waged upon them by the Russian Federation. We support continued sanctions and diplomatic pressure from the United States and aid to all refugees fleeing this crisis. You can read our full statement here.

Finally, thank you to everyone who came out to our joint AYD & Arlington Dems Black Caucus Black Excellence Panel last week. It was great to work with the Arlington Dems Black Caucus again, and we were so fortunate to hear from incredible panelists Virginia State Senator Jennifer McClellan, Licensed Realtor Kent Carter, Author Amina Luqman-Dawson, and Dr. Alfiee Breland-Noble, Founder of the Arlington AAKOMA Project.
