It’s critical we elect Dem AGs this year to protect the integrity of the 2024 election, because we’ve seen what happens when Republican AGs believe that they can undermine our democracy without consequence.

Election experts have serious concerns about the role that Republican AGs could play in attempting to sway the results of the 2024 presidential election in closely contested states. They believe it’s plausible that if Republican AGs are able to win elections in battleground states this year, they will be in a position to help swing the 2024 election by putting pressure on election officials, filing frivolous lawsuits, and using their position to spread false claims of voter fraud.

We need to have allies on the side of democracy in office. Donate to DAGA today and help us elect Dem AGs who will always support a free and fair electoral system.

After the 2020 election, we watched as 17 of the 25 Republican AGs signed on to a lawsuit in an attempt to prevent certification of the election. It was shameful then, and it remains shameful today. We cannot allow bad actors like that to maintain positions of power. That’s why DAGA supports Democratic AGs who are committed to protecting our electoral process, not undermining it like their Republican opponents.

We need to elect Dem AGs in November so we have allies in the fight to protect a fair election system in 2024. The stakes are too high to leave our democracy unprotected.
