Justice for her. Justice for all.

Dear John,
Did you know that part-time workers—most of whom are women—are often paid less per hour than full-time workers doing the same kinds of jobs? Part-time workers also frequently lack access to on-the-job benefits, stable schedules, and promotion opportunities given to full-time workers. And for many people, working part-time is not a choice: some workers are pushed into part-time jobs to accommodate caregiving responsibilities and others want to work more hours than their employers will give them.
These injustices are staggering, and they contribute to the huge racial and gender economic disparities that women, especially women of color, face in this country. Fortunately, there is a way to help. The Part-Time Worker Bill of Rights [[link removed]] is legislation that would remedy these issues and help ensure that part-time workers have the pay, hours, and benefits they need to support themselves and their families.
Tell Congress to Support the Part-Time Worker Bill of Rights TODAY! [[link removed]]
Demand that part-time workers get the pay and benefits they deserve.
TAKE ACTION [[link removed]]
Part-time workers experience poverty at far higher rates than full-time workers, and the economic hardship that Black women and Latinas who work part time face is even more extreme. Improving the quality of part-time work is essential to help families make ends meet and to advance racial and gender justice. Tell Congress to support the Part-Time Worker Bill of Rights NOW!
