	1—5 HOURS Determine Tax Implications of New Venture for Youth Nonprofit Juma Ventures Assist a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty in determining if a new venture is subject to UBIT (Unrelated Business Income Taxes), which would affect the organization’s ability to provide work shifts to youth staff. This is a remote opportunity, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	11—20 HOURS Help Mental Wellness Org Expand into New States Culinary Hospitality Outreach & Wellness An organization supporting the mental wellness of people in the hospitality industry needs help navigating the process of expanding their work into new states. This is a remote opportunity, and lawyers barred in any state are welcome to volunteer.
