was the first governor to publicly oppose this vague order that could
allow the federal government to seize private property under the guise
of “conservation.” 97% of our land in Nebraska is privately owned — does
the 30x30 plan mean that ranchers, farmers, and other property owners
will be forced against their will to forfeit their land?
