What is the State of Care for our families? What’s easy and what is really hard about care? What help do you need to make your life just a little bit easier? We’d love to hear from you!

John,

President Biden will give his State of the Union address to Congress tonight.

Some things we can predict: we know President Biden is going to say “The State of our Union is strong.” He will talk about the invasion of Ukraine and our country's response. And we expect that he will acknowledge the importance of care and paid leave for working families.

At Caring Across Generations, we want to talk about the State of Care for all of us. We asked some of our Care Fellows about the State of Care for their families. They answered with short videos talking about their care situations and what they want to hear from the President about care in tonight’s speech. The first videos are live now, and we’ll be posting the rest on our social media over the next few days. You should check them out on Facebook or YouTube.

What is the State of Care in your family? What’s easy and what is really hard about care? What help do you need to make your life just a little bit easier? We’d love to hear from you!
